Question about Cool Tubes and ventilation

I understand that the Cool Tube is designed to pull more heat off the bulb. But how do most people set up their ventilation systems with these? Get a splitter so the fan/filter also pulls air from a second duct from the room?

Maybe I have not seen a proper picture of a cool tube. Does it have duct hook-ups on both sides?

Great info, thanks. I think I am going to vent mine out of a hole in the wall with a vent on it. In the winter it can heat the room the closet is in, and in the summer, if it gets to hot even with an AC running, i'll vent it out my roof or something.
