Question about cloning

I have a plant that I topped using uncle bens method....i have 4 main colas and 2 more about half as tall then two more that are real low on the plant and do not get enough light even with side lighting,,,my ques, is I flipped to 12/12 3 weeks ago,,no actual buds yet but lots of white hairs,,can i clone the 2 lower branches while in flower or is it to late? if i can clone..can i put them back into 24/7 veg at this stage?

Its not too late to clone, but expect it to take a little longer and youll probably end up with some mutated growth at first.

I'd be more concerned about that girl not looking to be too healthy right now. Thatll only make it harder to get clones to take, and harder for her to recover from being cut up, which is even worse in flower.
