question about chic on intervention tv show last night..

.. not sure if anyone saw it, but i watch it a lot and on last nights episode, this chic was using bath salts iv.. the parents said they caught her using the bleach to get the bath salts into a solution..
has anyone ever heard of shooting bleach in their lives before? wouldn't a bleach shot be pretty much instant death??

i've never seen them make crap up before, and now i'm thinking about, i saw the bottle, but idk if i ever actually saw her put any in the spoon or not.. just found it rather odd..

They use it as a disinfectant. Most syringes are a low capacity and the amount of bleach needed to kill you via injection at the average 5% Solution is closed to about 800 1mm doses.

They use it as an internal disinfectant for the syringe. Surprisingly little damage from low doses

Bleach is what is reccomended for cleaning a rig if you are planning on reusing it. But the thought of that kinda turns my stomach. Clean needles are available for cheap or free everywhere! But intervention seems pretty opposed to the concept of spreading life saving harm reduction information from everything I've seen. Apparently people being reckless with their lives is better for ratings.

Cleans rigs aren't available everywhere. Some states they are still illegal it buy from a pharmacy without a prescription. Here, it was only a year or two ago you could walk into a pharmacy and buy needles.

But yeah I hate that show. Televising peoples' misery. Most of the people who watch that shit are more or less just rubbernecking. Anyone who's ever been there would not want to watch the stuff.

I did get a kick out of the girl addicted to air duster. All the sterotypical junkie behavior. Kicked out of every store in a 50 mile radius for stealing it. Cans hidden everywhere in her parents house. Out blowing guys for duster money. It was crazy. Get a real addiction.

I believe all 50 states now have some access to clean rigs. I know NJ was one of the last to allow it. It's fucking ridiculous that there are still people who want to block access. People aren't going to decide to not do drugs or use a different ROA, they're going to take risks.

yah, i know peps use bleach to clean their rigs, but they weren't saying she was using it to clean the rig, they said she was using it to get the bath salts into a solution in order to shoot them.. that's what got me..

That's just scary. Would it be that hard for them to flash a quick message like "never inject bleach" across the screen?
not sure how it would help get them into solution. Generally a little acidic water should do the trick.

yah, i couldn't even watch this chic use the syringe mre, she had no clue wtf she was doing to say the least.. my god, it was extremely hard for me to sit back and watch this girl jabbing herself over and over again with the set.. my god, she was a bloody mess, and don't know how she ever hit a vein..

i was just looking for it on youtube but it's not up yet.. it was a brand new episode i think, and the girl couldn't have been much older then say 16 or so imo.. it's a sin these type of drugs have become fashionable .. i'd hate to be kid today..

i found the episode... i'm warning anyone who may have an affliction of watching people using a hyp not to watch this ahead of time as i don't have said affliction and still found it very hard to watch..

yeah the increase in popularity/availability of the RC stims is scary. Speed kills kids, we figured it out like 50 years ago and it hasn't changed!

Going to watch the episode now so excuse the stupid question, why would someone inject RC's?

I understand it will hit stronger and harder but most RC's are very potent and hit pretty fast. I just cant see why someone would inject a RC when up the nose/bum, in the eye, smoke it or on the gums works fine. I see the point to someone shooting H over smoking/snorting but it just seems pointless to inject a RC to my simple mind.

i've never banged bath salts, but i'd think the reasoning would be the same as with why anyone would bang any drug.. the effects come on much faster and usually much harder.. the high tends to be shorter though, which is the trade off..

while they are legal almost everywehre i think, alot of pharmacys and pharmacists specfically are really assholes about it, they do not have to sell them to you and sometimes can be very rude, although they are available and legal, they may not be as easy to obtain as one may think

Ever try any or hear of any that have similar effects to heroin or coke? I watched the episode and going from heroin to some RC makes me wonder.

i'd think bath salts would be comparable to say coke.. or probably better still would be meth as it's a stimulant and all..

i don't think there is an rc that is comparable to h though.

i think they are out there but they arent available like the rc's people experiment with, im not sure why or the details but i do know they do have some opiate like rc's i remember reading something about it a year or so when the bath salts were getting big etc

yah, now you mention it ak, i think i read something about it years ago as well.. i'm not real big on the whole rc thing, so there might be something out there that i don't know about..
i've only personally tried a few like 4aco-dmt and one of the 2c's, i think it was 2ci, but other than that, i'm pretty clueless when it comes to rc's, other than what i read on here obviously..

haha me to, im pretty sure 90 percent of the information i know about RCs come from this website, im not a big fan of them either, i dont think ive ever tried an RC other than smoking spice or that fake marijuana when i was getting drug tested for a job, im not a big fan of speeds anymore so i never bothered with the bath salts, if i wanted to speed i would just go grab an 8 ball :lol:

them youngens dont know what good coke is though thats why theyre sniffing bath salts i think haha

lol, yeah, i said it earlier talking to mre, but i'm glad i'm not a kid today.. back when i wanted to do drugs, i'd get in my car and drive to the local ghetto and get me some good old fashioned smack or coke or wet or w/e it was i was in the mood for that day... i didn't go to the local gas station and pick up a gram of bath salts, that's for damned sure, lol..
i've never even smoked any of that spice or jwh or any of that crap before either.. pretty glad as well after hearing some of the horror stories about it..
