question about advertising my youtube account.

okay, first of all please dont yell at me or go crazy. the reason im asking this is because i dont know if its safe or not.

anyways, im a musician trying to get global online recognition. is it safe to post a youtube link to my profile on here? my youtube DOES have my name on it. but thats all. no location or anything else.

I wouldn't. I keep rui completely separate from my real life, and also from any of my other online activities, including my youtube page. I have some wicked awesome videos I could post here, but I can't risk it.
