Won't that build my biceps? That's like thousands of pounds over a course of a year! LOL

Exactly. If it's made of glass and bears the label "unbreakable" I doubt I'd back down from the implied challenge. So far I am undefeated.

The pipe does not appeal to me for one reason. I am unlikely to want to smoke in a nuclear/zombie apocalypse scenario, And as long as I do live in the land of libraries and epically good taquerías ... I don't really want a pipe that advertises I am likely to drop it off a cliff or involuntarily throw it very hard.
 
Just from looking at the pics, it looks like the glass bowl and the stem are separate pieces with an aluminum chamber,sealed with o rings, in-between? If it's aluminum anywhere the smoke goes.. it's worth no more than $5, IMO.
 
I know this is an old ass thread but wanted to share my exp with the pyptek bubbler. Great hits, it is VERY bulky... my one major complaint?... after every hit no matter how much I jiggle and shake to try to make sure no water is built up around the steam... I set it back down in its standing position... and a big bubble of water slides down the steam onto the table.... mmmm tasty bong water... needless to say I am disappointed in my almost $200 purchase so far. Maybe I need to adjust my water content but it seems fine. Siiiigh I should have known better I guess.

Ok I think I jumped the gun and it was user error... well rather user preference.. in that I prefer a little more water in the bubbler then seems to work correctly. But not bad still.
 
I have a competitor's model.

Anodised aluminium with glass inserts.

Weighted, durable and not likely to tip over and roll off of the table.

I love this pipe. Alas it is not indestructible.

To clean it the glass bowl part must be pried out of the socket, thus creating risk to break the bowl.

It is a pleasing design however it is not foolproof.:eyesmoke:
