Putting up B&W Poly!

How do you guys put your B&W Poly up on the walls? Staples, tape, glue, boards? If you guys staple it do you use little pieces of cardboard to keep it from tearing or it it pretty strong? Thanks

goto the office supplies section of walmart and pick up some brass thumb tacks. their perfect for supporting it without ripping the material if pulled on.

yes it is pretty strong stuff, hard to rip
