putting lights in a stealth grow box

i've been doing a lot of research on here about lighting my box (its my old subs box, slightly modified). it is 32 in. long 16 in. wide and 16 in. high. i got a lot of good infoe about what BULBS to use but i haven't been able to find anything about the actual light fixtures to use. what i was thinking about doing is just buying 4 of those work lights that you can get at lowes that plug right into the wall. would this work? if so how could i mount them in the box?(cut 4 small holes and stick the back through? how could i seal it?) they're rated for either 75 watts or 150 watts, does this mean that i could only use a cfl that is 27 watts because it is the equivelant of a 100 watt incandescent bulb? has anyone tried this? should i leave the reflector covers on? \

Do some research on CFL Growing, this could work for you. Do some more reading on the sub forums "CFL Growing"
I feel that light with a bulb would get much too hot. What will you be doing for Cooling of the box and the smell problem thtat iwll arise?

Some things to read about im sure an experienced person will step in but do some more studying.

BtW i haven't started my grow yet but i know how i am going to do it in 2 weeks starting, so these are all questions i were asked

im gonna have 2 120 mm computer fans 1 for intake and one for exhaust, both with carbon filters like the ones shown here. probably another 80 mm fan inside the box for air flow. i ve done alot of research, i just cant figure out what kind of lighting fixtures i will need.

Look into a vanity lighting with 4 bulbs. Otherwise a 1 x 6 with the holes drilled in for the sockets.

As krokaine said do sum reserach on cfl growing....basically every question has been answered about cfls on this forum all u gotta do is find it

And for one of my grows i used a similar set up as described with an ordinary light fixture it worked out quite well but u will need to add more lights at sum point depending on how many plants. Btw i literally just cut holes in the box and stuck it through
