Purplewreck week 7

I have four purplewrecks doing their thing in a multi-strain grow. They are definitely the fastest flowering of anything in my tent, my question is this: how much longer do you think I should let these ladies go before chopping down? Thanks in advance for the feedback. :leaf:

How many days are the supposed to go?...im going to tell what everyone else will say...go get a 30x magnifying glass and check the trichs...they look pretty close to done to me, the bud is kind of swollen and the orange hairs are starting to recede...if you havn't started flushing I would, I would say wait about 7-10 days

They look nice by the way

they look about done...i agree with davetron start flushing or your gonna have some harsh buds

if i were you man id let them go another week or 2 to pack on the weight,and flush during that time. also try to get the lights off temps down as low as u can for the last week or so before u chop them,the low night temps along with the flush and time to ripen they will turn a nice purp.goodluck!

Thanks for the info and the kudos! Do you guys have any special recommendations for a hydroponic flushing solution? I've heard good things about Botnicare's Clearex, but am open to other options too.

During dark hours it gets down to around 60 F, is that too low to garnish the purple?

I wish my ambient temperature was 60 degrees when the lights were off... Too bad you can't get that in South Texas

Unless you have proper ventilation of course...

I would let them go another 2 weeks myself, I have 3 PW going now and come Saturday, They will be 8-weeks Flowering, Purple and very stickey Ichy sweet smelling,,,The temps are high in the room I think the purple has to do with what pheno you have, Most all mine are super dark and stickey,,,Plan on chopping at week 9 under a 600 watter. Killer shit IMO!

I have pretty shoddy ventilation, it's just been a cold winter here in Nebraska. I will be interested to see what happens this summer in my tent. What's your setup like?

Thanks a lot man! I am totally gonna let em go for two weeks then I got em under a 400w though. Congrats on your girls, I ended up with two mutant plants

but it's all good. They are actually producing some ridiculously large buds, one kind of looks like a barley x cannabis plant though... it's weird.

Looks like they've got too much
nitrogen if it's week 7. Very dark green still
so i agree, flush good. You still have
plenty of time though.

I'll post some picks this weekend,,,I have noticed the pw is great at Fim'it, Produces lots of colas and really pronounced looking buds. The ,straight up plants have really short nodes or branches,and seems to cluster in stickey, I have 2 more and plan on fim'ing next time for sure. 400 is what I started with its all good! Nice job man!
