purple stems

hi.. just over 4wks into seedlings grow...shiva shanti 2,,,, plants are doing fine but they got purple stems does shanti have purple stems or am i doing something wrong? thanx

should have a few purple veins but not a solid stem. you will love the spicy smoke from this plant!

it not the main stem its the ones coming off 2 the leaves. i gave my friend 1 seed he growing on window sill and me under lights and mine are massive compared 2 his.and have u grew shanti b4?

My plants are in day 12 of veg - and ever since they sprouted they have had solid, bright purple stems - is this bad? or is it just a strain thing...

i aint ph tested yet.. cause here in uk i been told iff i leave tap water 2 stand 4 few days the ph should be fine.. but is it? im gonna go buy ph tester kit 2day

i'm just using bagseed..... i'm not worried about it..... hopefully someone can tell us what causes it...

It could be a strain thing, look around the internet for pics of your strain. But for jimster (since you're using bagseed) it's probably nute lock which is the result of a pH problem. I got this towards the end of my veg cycle, but I guess I caught it early because my adjustments worked almost immediately.
