purple/red stems

I am having probs with purple/red stems. I tested the soil it is low on NPK. I have also tested and discovered that the soil is a little on the alkaline side(i think due to the tap water I was using it was tested as well and alkaline was high). I was wondering if I uppped to the nutes (they are organic...Botanicare: Pure Blend Pro Grow and Pure Blend Pro Bloom) would it make the soil more alkaline? Should I leech first? Should i just add coffee grounds along with the nutes to make it more acidic? By the way I will be now using distilled water. I am very confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!!!

Ok. A little more info. The more the better right? She is a 12/12 from seed on day 35 of here wonderful life. Leaves are also getting a bit droopy. Other than the red/purple stem and droopy leaves she has no other blemishes. Here are some pics.

Some strains just have purple stems. I am growing some bagseed sativa in my backyard and both plants have the purple stems.

Well i definately know i will need to add nutes (soils tests said so). But do you guys think that is going to raise the PH ever more?

I think I will give her some nutes. I am planning on adding coffee grounds in order to try to lower the PH. Does any one know the doses per gallon? Thanks!

just chill with the plant and don`t panic too much, theres no problem with the purple stems looks like it is supposed to be that way, i do ch9 flowers and they are mainly purple stem, if it`s the first time useing nutes with plant start half dose and work up over a couple of weeks, feed once a week till a couple of weeks before harvest, and water when needed let the soil dry out then soak, as mentioned in other threads feel the weight get a feel for your plant .. but try not over smother her, if she ain`t broke don`t try fix her some of my best plants are ones that have been placed out and just left, water and feed and bingo

its normal man.....My skunkberry she is all red purple stems ,you have blue or purple strain or i dont know kill her.lol
