Purple petioles--week two

All my sources seem to indicate that this is either a genetic predisposition or an indicator of the start of a phosphorus deficiency. This plant is from bag seed, so I haven't a clue what type it is. Temps were a little chilly earlier in the week (around 70F), so I added a grow mat, putting it up to around 81F. Soil is a homemade blend of coco/worm castings/fishmeal/guano and perlite. Watered maybe twice this week (only when dry), pH around 6.0. I did conclude that my original light source was insufficient (older bulbs), so I've switched up to a 4 bulb T5 unit. No other feedings, other than a very light feeding of fish emulsion last night to see if that might help. Otherwise, plant looks relatively healthy, yes? Does this look like a genetic thing, or a possible start to a deficiency? Maybe the new light will correct it? Just give it time and leave it alone? What say you?
