Purple haze seeds from 1960

My friend found 20 original purple haze seeds from the original woodstock going through his parents old stuff, inside an old film container.... and 10 columbian gold and gave them to me... how should I go about trying to germinate these?!?! Im going to be pumped if I can get at least 1 or 2 to crack out of all of them, so we'll see how it goes... before that I'm going to wait until I get some replies on how to go about this... imagine having some original purple haze in your mother room? Preying that some of these germinate...

Not bullshit man... have no reason to lie about this. He told me about them about a month ago and I forgot about it and today he showed up with them. And you can tell the container is fucking old.... I know his parents were at the original woodstock as well... so I'm sure these are genuine. If anyone has any advice please chime in.... do not want to go about this in a normal matter.

Just put em in peat pellets. If you make it too complicated you could kill them. Purple haze? Idk had mostly original landrace back then. Like red hair c gold I recognize. Beans last forever if stored right. Just do it man if real

Well I usually use the paper towel method... and then sanding them dropped in a cup of water and usually get them to pop if there is a problem.... I just figured they are lacking the energy they had years ago.... was thinking of adding a bit of super thrive?

Well sanding actually helps stubborn seeds that won't pop. I have had plenty successes after sanding them lightly, then submerged them in a cup and usually after 2 more days they have a root coming through. So I'm sticking to my guns on that.... hoping its not necessary though well see

i have a bunch of brothers grimm seeds i made from their mix pack, 6 females and used the best male. they're 16 years old and i cant get any of them to pop.wish i could. good luck tho!
