Purple Diesel 4x4 Grow Tent

Hey guys! Im new to roll it up but I use to be on overgrow all the time when that was still around. Im doing my first real grow with 7 clones in a 4x4 tent , 600 w switchable, 3x3 flood table,t52 foot 4 bulb, general hydroponics flora nova grow and bloom only. I got 2 purple diesel 2 green crack 2 fruitty pebbels 1 headband and a white shark. All but the white shark are in hydro cups with rockwool and hydoton. I got them last friday. The ph is 5.8 and the ppm is 280 temps at 72-77 Humidity is 50-60%. I got them all under the t5 and there 4-6 inches. This is my first attempt with flood and drain. It seems I was over watering them for the first 5 days or so i had them. I think I know why. I put a small layer of hydroton at the bottom of the cup before I put the rockwool. So i put a mini rock wool cube about an inch from the bottom. So when I would flood it would soak up to much water.I would flood once a day for 15 min. then my plants started getting very lime green and in some spots yellow. the growth seems stunned and the growth that is coming in seems dwarfed. I havnt watered in 3 days now and they look way better as far as perkyness and growth seems to have increased but they are getting more yellow everyday. I guessing from a nut lock out. Anyone got any advice for me? O yea I just did I very lite foiler feed at 60 ppm because general hydro doesnt have a foiler feed on the bottle so i had no idea how much to do..Well heres some pics ill give more info when im not so baked. Any advice or tips would be nice

Well the clones dont seem to be doing so well. they are deficient in more then one thing i did foiler feed and flood but every time i flood i over water. i thought if i were to flood a short amount of time it would be ok but because the rockwool is touching the water when flooded i think its sucking up way to much water.

on another note i got 5 og kush 18 seeds 1 blue og and 1 skunk #11 in red solo cups right now. they just popped out of there shells 4 days later. i got them in fox farm happy fog soil. i think trying to tackle hydroponics for my first real grow is to much for the time i have to put towards it. so i am getting soil going. i grew a few plants in soil way back when i didnt know shit with less problems then i have already had with hydro even with endless hours of reading.i also have a random white shark seed thats over 2 weeks in that u will see with seedings. i just put in a 1 gallon pot and put her under her own 125watt cfl. why are my plants def? i have only watered 2 times in the last 9 days because im almost positive i have been over watering. u think thats why? should i do hand watering of small amounts more often?

should i top my white shark enough and wait for seedlings? you think its to far ahead?also is 125 watt cfl enough for her for now? and for how long? i really need some guidance here i dont know anyone good enough to walk me through this stuff and i am learning as i go and making a lot of mistakes it feels like.any advice comments would be helpful. please give your 2 cents

No one seems to care i but i will keep posting and see if i can catch any interest.white sharks at about 24 hours after transplant and the seeds are on day 5 and seem to be doing just fine. the skunk 11 and blue og are in the bottom left corner. they are the bigger ones. here is a couple pictures for ya
