okae so shes about a week old and 3cm tall and the new shoots are slightly purple wats happening? shes bag seed and outside i was curious to if it was from some sort of bug???

Could be cold weather, could be nutrient lockout, could be strain. Post some pics, maybe one of the experts can help you more.

its only a week old,dont worry let her grow,if it persists it is probably strain of the plant.

phosphorus deficiency causes purple leaves, this happens a lot with cold weather.
if you see redness on stems, thats totally different, usually nitrogen deficiency.

no way is it a phosphorus deficiency she gets a weak dosage of phostrogen high in phosphorus and nitrogen and yes it is cold in the morning i found little driplets of warter COLD water all over her little we leaves
