Purging?

A simple enough question:

If I purge off THC, then the remaining bud will include every other cannabinoid with a higher flashpoint, correct?
How long do I keep the bud at the THC flashpoint to purge it off?

Yes, I have googled this, but can't seem to find a straightforward answer.
