I have had seeds take a week or better to come up. I threw some in a pot one time outside and forgot. like mid summer I come out and I notice a eight inch plant. That was weeks later.
Sometimes it helps to put the seeds in the fridge a few days. The requirement for cold keeps the seeds from sprouting during a late warm spell to allow some to sprout the following spring.
