no
I dont mess with them
just curious as to why you would want to
very true , also some strains will auto shed fan leaves that are covering budd sites ...Last week before harvest I remove most leaves covering the buds. Gives em more light and makes it easier tto trim during harvest.
So leave them on untill they are fully brown. Some strains have a hard time dropping dead leaves so u can trim them off wiith sanitized clippers.
I have a plant that's about 3 months old that still has these leaves! They are nice and green too! ha ha
basically im just trying to figure out if other ppl do this, if so do you just pull them off, or do you clip them w/ scissors. i know they eventually just fall off, just trying to figure out if anyone else does this.
I find that weird because the cotyledons and the skin they are attached to always peel off my plants when the main stem gets bigger......I have a plant that's about 3 months old that still has these leaves! They are nice and green too! ha ha

I dont really worry about it all that muchthats kinda what started happening to mine and i noticed the skin was getting old and stringy, but after that i said what the hell and pulled it off the other ones that looked older, i was just wondering if anybody else had done this
