Hello. I have had my girl in flower for 1.5 weeks. I wasnt going to prune her but there is just so much foliage on the bottom that is not getting light. I would post a pic but i cant unless i upload it from my personal photobucket account or something. Either way i dont like that too much. Does anyone have a link to how to prune your plants?
 
Just start hacking away til you like what you see! No real special way to do it just start to take off vegatation starting at the bottom until you feel the light penetration is good for whats left.

Another option is to spread your canopy out flat and you dont have to give up that bottom growth. Expose it more and itll grow more of da ganjjj!
 
Okay. Do i cut the branches growing from the nodes and the big fan leaves or just the branches from the nodes?
 
If that were my plant id take everything in the bottom third out. Leaves and side branches. Dont cut off braches that make it all the way to the top just ones that are hidden in your canopy
 
Sounds good! Itll put a lot more effort into the groeth of those big sexy buds we like at the top!
 
This was at day 11 of 12/12.

I like to keep a couple of nodes on each stem.

I removed all the branches that were not reaching light. There are still a lot of fan leaves. Should i remove them as well?
