Pruning

When,if any, is the best time to prune plants? What Id like to know is it better to prune just after the lights come on, or before the lights go out? Or is it better before feeding or after feeding? What about in the middle of the light cycle? Im sure there are as many answers, as there are people here. I would just like to know what works for you.

Pruning before bed would make for a night's recovery before having to grow again.
That'd likely reduce any stress caused by the prune?

I would tend to think right before lights out or right before watering. But im no expert.

I'm no expert either, thats why I come to this place and ask questions. I sort of thought before night would be a good time. Anybody else got an opinion?
