Pruning shoots that didn't make the cut in week 4 of flower

I have about five lower bud sites that just aren't gonna amount to anything on the lower part of my plant. It has 8 main healthy tops. I am in week four of flower and I would like to remove the under developed bud sites. I think it will be ok but just wanted to get opinions from people with experience with doing this...thanks

Knock em off or clone them, the other two choices are to use them along with the trimmings for concentrates or to harvest your plant in stages giving them more time to mature.

GL with the rest of ya grow.

Just cut em... especially if they are on tiny matchstick twigs.
I take my clones the day I flip or maybe a week before if I am doing large scale pruning.

Taking clones that late will be a long pain in the arse.

no, the 3 or 4 week rooting.....
And then another few weeks for them to start normal growth. In the time that it takes for clones rooted from a flowering to just root and start normal growth you can have a huge vegged out plant ready to flower. Not to mention that if you keep growing from cuttings taken from plants in flowering you're bound to see a lack of vigor and other issues after a few cycles.

The usual routine is to prune out whatever lower growth looks like it's not going to make the cut just before flowering and then again sonewsome between the end of the stretch and the beginning of the pistols starting to cluster up. It seems like no.matter how thorough I am about pruning before flowering there's always some lower growth that's so far behind the rest of the plant that it's obviously not getting the same love as the rest of the plant.

I decided to just let them ride...the main tops are doing very well and I can just use the small stuff for butter
