Trimmed a few water leaves during week 6 flower
Is it okay to put plant back in light? Or wait a few hours?

You mean fan leaves? Definitely don't switch the light off, that would just intefere with the schedule. If you went light and didn't shave everything off, then I doubt the plant is going through shock.
