Hello all, first time grower and for the most part everything is going well. I'm now in the second week of flowering, and my eight Blueberry clones are all nearly three feet tall. They're being lit by the same 400w HPS fixture that's been doing the job all along. However, due to spacial constraints in my closet, the lower branches are not getting sufficient light.
Is it ok for me to set up a ~100w CFL one foot below the top branches? I remember reading somewhere that leaves didn't like getting lit from below. But would the extra lumens in my understory outweigh whatever harm I'd be causing to the leaves above?
