Propylene glycol and kief

Can kief be dissolved in propylene glycol? I was wondering if it is possible to dissolve it for use in e-cigarettes.

yes. this is how i smoke my bud/process it.

I use peg 400 for e juice

I warm the peg up on a magnetic stirrer with out it stirring, add the shatter after it warms up. Let the shatter completely melt and then turn the magnetic stirrer on.
