Proper GPH for drip irrigation

hello, i am going to make a drip irragation system for my plants... anyone use one of these?
Do u know what gph drippers i should you for seedlings for veg and for flowering? or even just a ruff idea?

I have 60 buckets system and use drippers I got at lowes in the irrigation section. I use the adjustable 0 -10 gph drippers. The only thing you have to be carefull of is that it does not take much to clog them up at the dripper head.
