Proper Flushing?

ok I just flushed with PH,ed water 6.5. my girls were a little bright green. Now that i just flushed away the good and bad stuff when do I begin adding the ferts again? with out the ferts won't they just turn yellow more?
 
Why really flush until the last 2 week flush. The last 2 week flush - nothing but watter; halt fetz and nutes. All this flushing during the process is just over kill. The biggest mistake growers make is simply wanting to do too much.

Actually you flush occassionally to get rid of salt builup and unused nutrients that can make ph fluctuate and cause some nutrients to get locked out, it is just good practice to flush every couple of feedings better safe than sorry plus it is just water where is the overkill?
