jimdandy Well-Known Member Aug 8, 2008 #1 Does anyone know the ph of promix potting mixes. I was just curious as I may try a grow in some. It has the basics ( sphagnum, perlite, lime). Before any wiseguy answers, I do have a ph meter!! I just want to see if anyone knows off hand?

Twistyman Well-Known Member Aug 8, 2008 #4 The dolomite lime gives it a neutral ph..I've used it since I started growing...great stuff...
Twistyman Well-Known Member Aug 8, 2008 #5 I'm not a manure or compost fan...if you do use these watch your N levels as they can get too high...
