promix and feeding

so my seeds have sprouted just want to know when I should start feeding? I was told with promix you feed from the start because there is no nutes in it. is that true?

I'm not sure. I personally don't feed until I see a bit of discoloration or yellowing.

Im using promix and was also wondering when to start feeding

You are supposed to start after the first week with a light feed.
