I made a grow box out of my old projector tv today,I must say it looks freaking slick. My grow area is roughly 3'1"L x 2' x 4'2" I won't have the full 4 feet for height because of the height of the pots and the grow light hanging down though. So about 3 total feet of height they can grow from soil. Now I plan to run a 250 watt HPS with cool tube hood reflector as to keep heat down in such a small area. I will use my mylar to cover all surfaces inside the tv. I plan to use one oscillating fan to blow the plants around and move air around. My biggest questions are,how do I run my cool tube ducting out? Do I want to have it pull air out of the tv creating negative pressure or push through the light creating pressure and should I have a second 4 inch inline sucking air from my room into it? My next question is how man plants in this size of an area if I top them? I am thinking either 2 or 3 gallon pots but leaning towards two gallon pots. I know I won't get much out of this setup but I plan to use it for clones after this grow. I have three different strains all femmed seeds,Super Skunk,Blue Mystic,Northern Lights. Which do ya'll think will produce the most and stay short enough for such a compact area? The 250 watt HPS I am buying is 33,000 lumens so plenty for this area I believe. So any thoughts comments or anything welcome guys.
