I know there are bunches of folks in here married / girlfriend so i was going to ask the question...Do any of you have a hard time growing or spending money on supplies to grow with, because your g/f / wife does nothing but bitch about it. I have a daughter and all i hear is Im risking everything growing a few plants.......give me feed back
 
And less risky, as long as you're not selling it.

My other half can't complain 'cos she don't earn the money, I do.:peace:
 
my wife would not care she smokes too, and it is our only near by source for weed and i can be hard to be around sometimes if i dnt have any so it keeps evryone happy
 
my gf doesn't smoke but doesn't really complain about it. if she does she simply just says something like "be careful" or my fav -- "you spend more time with you plants than you do with me."

sorry but i've been dating mary jane a lot longer than her...
 
yea i hear the you spend more time with your plants than me and your son, truth is i dont (probably about equal time with both) dude u just need to let her know that its something you really enjoy doing and she needs to accept it or see ya later...thats what id say anyway i aslways told my gf though i would kill her if she ever told on me maybe im wrong but i give my girl all the $$$$ so what i say usually goes
 
yeah, fuk man... relationships~ :wall: i live with my gf, we just started growing last summer. she was excited like me at first. she would check on the 'babies' everyday when she'd come home from work. they were so cute back then. well, fast forward three mo, and the 'babies' have turned into some big sexy biches now! but now.. she's getting spook'd. my girl is the kewl'est chick i've hung wit! we luv each other... but, now the situation, it's creating some mild tension and worry. i know she'll let me roll wit it... because i'm supperrr careful and i'm always thinking of how can i be 'More' stealth~

the facts are this... you don't have to seek bud out anymore(risk), you don't have to drive wit it anymore(major risk), you're going to save hundreds, if not thousands of dollars a year (not buying it)(big plus), and the satisfaction you'll get in return (having grown your own) will re-pay ten fold!!
anyways... that's the way franky sees it~~ :weed:
 
shit my gf goes halfzies with me on the expensive shit like lights soil etc. shes the shit and only really starts gettin freaked out every once in a blue moon when she's really REALLY high. then the next day she'll be like "oh sorry babe, i was trippin last night."lol. but i dig it.

right on~ my gf does the same for me. she's bought more than half our set-up. she get's spook'd when she gets rip'd. i suppose these things will pass in time. i really want to grow for the rest of my human life~ :weed:
 
I would think your way more at risk buying it on the street from a dealer then growing it yourself, provided you keep your mouth shut about it. I would think there's minimal risk growing. Your way better off. Several reasons posted a couple of posts back why to grow.
 
Assuming you own your home, or are assured the landlord will not be around, growing is safe than buying f you do not sell. That said, every adult in the house should be 100% on board. It is a massive tool in divorce situations. If the mother of your child is unable to feel safe, it must end. That is responsible. Persuasion is powerful, and you may be able to turn her around, but never go behind her back or against her firm wishes. If the two of you can't see eye to eye, growing pot isn't gonna help. But then again, my girlfriend bought US a new growroom for our anniversary, and is getting me all serious' strains for Xmas. Sorry to rub that in :)

She's right. It's black and white, u grow u risk.. but calculate the risk, what r the chances of getting in trbl, if not for sale, etc. then it's a small % that u get n trbl, BUT I don't think that is your problem my friend. What you are dealing with is an emotional character that can often not see reason. I would love to tell you that there is a way to convence her it is ok, but why r u doing this..? a one time deal - then tell her to chill the F out and finish your grow. If u like it as a hobby, well sorry my friend, u need to find a new one. Like i said b4, the black and white truth is she is right u will lose her or everything in the long run. Ask your self what u gain if u grow, and weigh them out. As far as the money.. none of anyones damn business as long as u r taking care of your sht.

"why do you need to do that when your with me dont i make you happy?"

this is the line that pisses me off.... its very selfish of her to say this becaues its not that she doesnt make me happy its that ALL she does is talk talk talk talk talk talk talk talk talk talk talk talk talk
and if im not high its really irritating

well its kinda dependent on what state ur in cus im in cali and its better to get legal not hard but then only people need to worry about is theif and federal so ir u can get legal
