Problems with plant need 2nd opinion

I think it's magnesium overdose but I'm not sure. Any thought would help. Also how to fix it. There is a blackish brown on spots 2 of the leafs.

flush your medium, then next watering, once medium is completely dry again, go at it with lower doses of all around veg nutes. Too little is better than too much. Plants respond much better to upping there dosages to proper strength, apposed to starting too high and working your way down.

The light color looks more like too little nutes or pH lock out. For a young plant it should have a much darker green to it.
