Problems with 1 month old ww...

Please help, I dont know whats up with this one...I've searched the sypmtoms online and get a wide range of problems, I don't want to give my beauty the wrong solution to hers....sorry for the quality, I dont own a digital camera.....

how close to the light is it? it should be 12 to 18 inches away from the light. what kind of nutes are you giving it?

Its a good 4ft away from the light, 400w hps hilux gro...I'm using an organic nute, Rainbow Mix Grow....

need information. temp. humidity. light schedule. avgs. environment info etc etc etc

Its in a closet, temperature varies from 75-85, not sure on the humidity; the light's on 24/7...

I also have a fan in the doorway, running on medium, also running 24/7....I have it nute free now for two weeks after flushing it once....
