Problems after Transplant - Need help with Diagnosis (W/ Pics)

Hi Everyone,

my plants are not feeling very well after transplanting them into a 10L AirPot (from 1L ones)
plants that were looking very healthy until 3 days ago, now have weird spots and discoloration.
they also turned a bit lighter in color, but that seems to fit the description of N deficiency.

i know my temps are a bit high (~29c) and humidity is quite low (~40%RH) but they were doing just fine before the transplant.

i went over MANY threads but couldnt find anything that looks exactly like this.
can someone PLEASE help me diagnose?

EDIT: by adding a cool mist humidifier, i managed to bring temps down to 25c and humidity up to 80%RH

they look over-watered, and dark blotches could be P lock-out from wet feet..............................
