Worm like. i think they are babies of Drain Fly. Cause I have little fliers around too...

How do I kill them while not damaging roots? I could find and squeeze all of them? but that'd be forever... and i doubt i could eradicate them like that...
 
they move around... kind of slither and either they don't like me or the light cause they kind of notice it...
 
i have heard proxcide wil kill them but i dont know the dose of which to add maybe someone else can give you that.
 
I've also heard H2O2 in a dose of 1tbsp/gal. help with resivor critters, BUT I've never tried it, I've never had that issue.
