problem with clones

Ok so there was a few nice girls that looked interesting and cutlings have been taken from them, dipped root stimulator, put in grow plugs and placed in a slightly misted ziplock bag and set in a warm dark place... a few days later this was found...

smelled horrible. problem not known.
Any ideas?

Why would you ziplock them and put them in a dark place? Plants (even clones) need at least SOME fresh air... and they need some light as well.

this is the way that was tough also it has been done before and worked. i am just wondering why they molded the way they did

They molded because they died. They died because they had no light. Thats my take on it.

ok well guess a different method needs to be taken. put the clones in starter cubes and place them in a dome under a light? I have a 200W cfl in my veg cab but I think the dome will be about 2' away from the llight and it will be changed to a 125W clf for a week or so untill the roots form then will change to 200W and move them closer to the light.

this sound good?
