Problem w/ seedling

I've treated these 2 seeds (feminized white widow) the same, however look at the results

These were grown under the same conditions. What's going on? Is it just a bad seed? Should I toss it?

Probably a bunk seed. I get these occasionally and end up tossing them.

No dont toss it! I have had some retarded looking seedlings go on to become awesome plants.

Hm, i'm not sure what to do. everyone I ask gives me a different response. Keep it or lose it? I gotta know now!!

Ultimately its your call. Since its the same strain there is a chance you could get a clone started before that one comes around. If you have the space keep it. If you need more space get rid of it.
