Problem starting and not sure what to do

So I have 4 plants still in veg and I am starting to see an issue over the past few days. I haven't been able to find any bugs and have sticky traps down and haven't seen a single thing in them. I am hoping someone can tell me who the culprit is and maybe a remedy (prefer natural/organic remedy). So far the issue is contained to one plant mostly but another one is starting to show an issue. It isn't on the leaves near the top or new growth, nor is it all over the plant. Just a couple leaves.

Here are some images attached. I have on hand essential oil from BAS, neem oil, and agsil16h, if someone thinks of a recipe where these might work. I'm down to buy something though if needed.

Any help is appreciated.

The second picture says it all. Those holes and the rough edges are not from bug bites. It happens when things go wrong...what specifically I forget! I have seen it before on my own plants. Seems like I have seen that during stressful times. Did you do something different recently?

Did you FIM them, top them or pinch them in anyway? I think that's where I have seen that before. Also, did you do anything weird with the lights such as put them into flower, take them out of flower and then put them back into flower again? Seems like the lower leaves are telling me that you did that at some point which is why the leaves are all stretched out and not even. Early sexing perhaps?

By the way, other then bugs and possible nutes issues, the other two possible causes will correct themselves in about a week when the new growth comes in.

I fim'd really early on but recently I did a IPM spray last week that burned some of the leaves.

Edit: so in your opinion this isn't a pest issue? That would make me happy, easier to fix issues caused at my own hands than bugs lol Is it ok to do a foliar spray of neem and essential oil even with the holes in the leaves?

No I don't believe so. You stated that you saw no pests. So that took me down another path.
Just keep an eye on her . And i'd have to say that you did do what you did a little to earley. But as they say, Live and learn. No worries you'll be fine. Keep me posted if you don't mind ok?

Did you check for spider mites or thrips? Put a sheet of white paper under the leaves and give the plant a little shake. If you see little critters running around on the paper, it's probably mites or thrips or some other tiny pest.

But regardless, I don't see any serious damage in the photos. I'm not saying there isn't a problem, but if you had just posted a photo of those leaves I would have thought they were normal and healthy enough.

I just did the paper trick, not a thing falls. So maybe its all my own mess-up. Learning moment.

What I can tell you is this. The most common problem plants have is the grower. Most common killers; over watering, too many nutrients. Will kill your plants. Every. Single. Time.

Stop trying to foliar feed. It's worthless. You burned those leaves and by the look of those speed bumps on them your over watering. Let them dry out. No more chemicals.
