Problem? New growth during late flower

Humboldt blue dream just started week 9 of flower. But new bud like appendages are growing out white fresher white pistils. Any thoughts? Should I be concerned? Pics attached

Thank you. I raised the light. Had to zip tie it to the bar because there was no more room to raise it with my ratchets. When the bulk is ready to pull should I pull or wait for these fox tails to mature?
 
Cali smokes is correct those are foxtails. Either from high nute levels or light or heat stress. Don't bother waiting on the foxtails.
