Problem: leaves are turning yellow

What can be done to stop leaves from turning yellow. Plants are about 3 wks old and are stressed from one time of over watering. More and more leave continue to turn yellow and die off. Could the roots be damaged?

I not sure what the Ph of the soil is. Could a Ph imbalance cause the bottom leaves to turn yellow?

The only thing I have fed the plants is a nute in the form of worm castings. The direction said to feed every six weeks so they haven't had a whole lot of nitragen. Grow has also been slow. What type of nutes would be good to feed with.
