that was to much of a ph drop you probly shocked it alittle you should not adjust ph more than a half a point in a 24 hr period give it a rest and it should recover

i never thought of ph shock but would that really cause some of the leafs to be deformed and twisted up? the spots that are brown feel like fine sandpaper compaired to the rest of the leaf and its in random spots all over the plant but mostly in the lower region. its been a few days since the flush and one feeding of nuts, does that change anything?

if you havent noticed mj is kind of finiky ph absolutlly can i would drop the ppm for a week or so to let them recover 1250 1500 or so

i dont have the equipment to measure ppm but i fed just water and a little sweet grape. im not sure if the problem is spreading but the effected leaves are drying out and turning yellow and brown. my vent fan is at the bottom of the grow room and the plant is pressed up beside it, could it be possible i am sucking up the available Co2? i put my other plant in the spot by the fan and one of the leaf tips turned dark green and dry. and your absolutly right these plants are VERY finiky

why is your exhaust at the bottom of the grow room? Heat rises- exhaust should always be up and intake should always be down. It sounds to me like your exhaust is sucking all the humidity away from the plant, allowing it to dry up. Put your hygrometer right by the plant by the vent and see what the humidity reading is. I had a grow where the humidity dropped to 16% and the leaves looked exactly like yours. hope that helps

what did you use to drop your ph? too much "ph down" solution can cause problems as well.

i used optimum hydroponix ph down to adjust the levels. and the humidity in the grow room is good sitting around 47%. im thinking it is just shock, being its first week of flowering, getting its first flush, and having the ph change soo much in one day. the bud development seems good and top area of plant seems fine so im jus gonna hope for the best.
