What you're asking is too broad for most people to easily take a stab at.

Equipment wise you look to be in pretty good shape.

Room construction:

You didn't mention if the room is finished or not, running Co2 you really want the room to be air sealed, with vapor barrier on all walls, ceilings, and floors. Completely finished, mudded, taped and painted if you're using drywall, preferably an impermeable floor covering, and a good sealed exterior door for the entry. All of your wall penetrations, electric, heating, cooling, ventilation, etc should be sealed as well.

Lighting:

So, I'm going to assume from the dimensions of your room you're running the aeroflow 60 in the configuration with all 6 gutters on the same side, which with let's say 12 inches of canopy overflowing each side will give you roughly an 8 X 6 area to cover. Which, is a little bit of a stretch for two fixures to provide optimum coverage for, especially with the height of the equipment and your low ceiling height. You have 80 or so inches to work with, the unit is 20 inches tall, figure your reflectors mounted are going to be at least 8-10 inches off the ceiling, plus in order to get enough coverage you're going to need the lights to be 30 inches above the canopy, limiting your plants to 20 inches in height, if you switched to 4 smaller more focusing reflectors, like blockbusters or radiants you'd have much better coverage at the edges of your grow, plus you're not going to be limited by the inner plants blocking the outer rows of plants once they break the 20 inch range.

Other Equipment: The fans, make sure one is hitting the floor to recirculate the Co2, since it'll settle below your plants if you let it.

Honestly there isn't that much more to setting up a functional room. The most important thing is to set up everything in a way that doesn't make it hard for you to work in the room on a daily basis, if you set up something in a spot that's hard to get to, you'll eventually neglect it.

Also, How long have you been using the 60 site hydro setup? I've personally always shy'd away from them, one, because I'm limited in my plant count, so bigger = better. And two, I don't really want to trim 60 plants at once, trimming 9 plants a week is plenty for me.
