Pro Grow 400 help

Hello friends.

So I just got my two Pro Grow 400's and I am growing in a tent with the dimensions of:

96" long x 48" wide x 78" tall

100% reflective Mylar interior.

I will be mainlining all plants.

My main question is, as general as it seems, with these two lights what type of load (how many medium sized plants) could the output of these baby's handle effectively?

And if it is possible, it would be nice to know where and how to figure this out.

If more information is needed for an informative and adequate answer, let me know.

Thanks.

I'd say around 4 medium sized per light. You won't be using the whole space to it's fullest until you get more light in there.

You can probably get away with more. Not sure what your ideas of medium plants look like. I tend to stay in the 50-100w per plant range. Or 50-100w per square foot. Just general guidelines. Some will say you can get results with less than that, but for me, I'd rather over do something than be underwhelmed.

I am also one who likes to over do, so to maximize utilization in regard to lighting, what would be the recommendation for the space staying in the scope of LED?

The pair of Pro Grow 400's are intended for 4 plants per light, which was what puffenuff recommended.

As for the size of a 'medium' sized plant, I would say 3-4 feet? I am mainlining so I believe the traditional height will be shortened a bit.

And again, how is any of this being figured? I have read and heard of the 50-100w per plant, but given the size and output of my existing set up, how is that calculated?
