I paid £60 for a 1/4. Got home and weighed it at 5 Gram..... indeed, what theeee... Ripped off by 2 Gram. Plus can only presume £60 for a 1/4 would have been a decent price in first place?

On that note with prices being pushed up and god know what, what's peoples opinion on it being legalized in UK? Anyone think that prices being pushed up etc may sway government to look at legalization?

Im sure they would save a bomb on Policing costs and make income from regulating it, would certainly boost the economy.

If you were in USA I would say to become politically active, and write letters and checks if you can. In most parts of USA you are able to inform a politician that 60-70% of his or her constituents favor legalize. I'm sure it must be similar in UK. But, some of these people are rigid in their ignorance. I know a county that was starting a thriving little industry. Two hundred well paying jobs. In a depressed area. And then the conservative politicians run them off.

No, the uk is nothing like anywhere that has legalised it unfortunately. A tiny island with a small population and a political snobbery that has complete control over everyone and thing. They like the status quo, and all they need to maintain it is to feed the population whatever horseshit that serves their purpose via the media. Boost to the economy? Why should they care about that? They are milking the taxpayer merrily as things stand
