So just to clarify my understanding. Your saying in a black market only state(non-mmj), that medicinal should have a higher expense over recreation? If I am understanding this correctly, I am assuming that you would still be referring to buds that go through testing in labs before being shipped to said location? For instance, often times you have people selling buds on black market that say they are "medicinal" bout how can one in a non-mmj be so certain of the product? On the contrary if it is a MMJ state, whether recreational is permitted or not, you feel that medicinal should be a lower cost? Just want to make sure I'm clearly understanding.
What about the odd states such as my own that have "MMJ" however only in extract form? Should said extracts being cheaper for medicinal use in comparison to to those sold on black market, in your opinion?
Nah the recreational weed I'm talking about is grown out here, in most cases people bring medical strains from medical states such as oregon, I feel that medical weed should cost less where it is medical, where it isn't medical I see it as more of a privilege, not as common so I think it would make sense that it should cost more in non medical states, unless however you're talking about people in non medical states who still need it, then yeah it should cost less for them
