Hi everyone,
I just planted 4 afghan kush plants outdoors but I have a little things to worry. I'm traveling for 5 weeks, and I won't be able to look after them.
They are 3/4 weeks old now (I started them indoors), and as I planted it, I notice a little mound of ants (probably fire ants), and a saw one snail or another, besides a beetle.
It was incredibly hard to find a spot with direct sun, and stealthy enough, so I'm considering leaving them there. It is pretty much in the woods, so I think that anywhere I find soil, I'll find bugs and shit like that.
What general recommendations could you give me to prevent them from bugs? Everything I find on the internet is a weekly based prevention or something more often than I can do. I needed just some tips of stuff I can put around my plants or on soil before I leave, so I can have some chance of seeing them healthy when I come back.
For sexing, I have someone that will check up on them in time... but he's not either a pro and I don't wanna bother him with bugs and stuff.
Here are pictures of 2 of my babies.
Thanks in advance,
peace
