So worth the effort to start with clones, specially when you are doing an outdoor grow. Indoors you can force flower to determine sex. Also as you gain experience you can get pretty good at telling before flowering starts. Read up on the difference of the pistols from boys and girls. Nothing worse the spending an entire season growing from seed to find out you have boys. The only option is to grow twice as many as you want, odds are 50/50 you'll get male/female. Don't waste your cash on feminized seeds either, they're not 100% female and they charge insane prices. Good Luck

I knew from about 2weeks into 12/12 he was a male and kicked his ass outside, just wanted to see how he would grow out there! i have all my females from clones...and just started five seeds of wonder woman from nirvana seeds. I got all five that I germinated to sprout!!! Now the waiting game to see how many females I can get from them...any ideas on how to ensure females? I read 16/8 lighting during early stages helps with that, any truth to this???

Do yourself a favor and break out the visa and buy some feminized seeds. Time is flying buy and you're fartin in a phone booth here. Unless you're running a bunch of seeds and have the luxury of yankin half of them your shootin yourself in the foot. Face it, this plan is suckin balls, Right?

its a male brah, we had 2 out of 4 bagseed did the same, it was our first grow so when the balls started forming it looked like a bud but soon realized it wasnt.
u said u kicked it outside, be carefull pollen floats in the air and will come in through your windows and pollinate your plants. i would cut bag and burn them but thats just me.
