hi,

had to alter my set-up a lot from my original plans but i think this has worked out better than my other idea would've.

i had a grow tent but the space i am growing in was too small so i had to cut it open  still manged not to waste anything.

Have a quick look, tell me what you think (be gentle, i'm a virgin grower :-P)

thanks

hi, yes it is the attic.

however the heat is much easier to control than i expected, keeping the temps mid 70's to low 80's with ease :-P

hi,

it's a 600w :-P people told me it may be a little strong for my young plants, but i kept a good distance without stretching them and they look to be doing well.

lamp gets rather hot, i have my 200mm fan blowing air onto the lamp and just above it.

should i have some blowing onto my plants too? would i have to get a smaller one. think this one would blow them away.

thanks

thanks, kind of lucky. i had to do a lot of clearing up! but it was worth it. it hadn't even crossed my mind to use this space, but so glad i did :-P

That looks like a very serious extraction in line fan and ducting setup. It looks like you spared no expense. I think you would do well to get a fan blowing on those plants. Just a nice gentle breeze to create movement. How is the humidity up there?

yea, they do get some small breeze but you're probably right in saying they would enjoy a small breeze. haven't checked humidity, i have no was of doing so :-( but it seems fine.
