prepaid international card

Im going crazy trying to figure this out. How do i get an international gift card? Do i have to get it from a bank? Ive tried walgreens, target, 7 eleven. All are for domestic use only. Is it a debit card i want or a gift card. Please help!

You can get a prepaid card, but you still have to register it under your name. yes, your name as Visa checks your social security number to be valid to your name when you get one. So, it is pointless.

Then what is the safest way to order besides cash? I cannot believe sending cash is that safe. Do most use credit card?

I had the same issue , I even tryed buying a green dot card that was labled US only fully regestering it, still did not work

I just sent cash the first time , the second I sent a money order

You can register a card under anyones name as long as all the basic info. matches

fuck wallmart go to you bank and get a international visa prepaid card don,t be afraid to ask them about the card.
