Preflowering...sex traits

So..I have a few plants and they went to 12/12 two days ago. I have been checking the nodes with my 30x loupe pretty regularly for the past week % 1/2 to check preflowers...but the truth is they all look the same. Today I checked them, and 2 have what looked to me previously like little balls, but they have noe split open and have a very distinct pair of fien white filaments coming out...at four locations on one plant and six on the other. Obviously I got at least two girls......but my query is, particulary in micro sexing, do pistilate & staminate flowers start out pretty much the same in appearance until the calyx form? Thanks as always for the input!

P.S. Can't get any pics to come out clear enough to merit posting....will post them when at last they really show.

Yeah, little balls are the tell tale sign. Males, or hermies. Chop 'em, make some rope or tea out of 'em.

Here is a sight that really answered my question.....in micro sexin the staminate and pistilate do look alot alike...but here is a better description. Hope it helps others, too....

Uh, yeah. That is sexing 101. You should really be able to tell them apart with the naked eye though.
