Preflower, Or Buds

I'm not sure. I think these are just preflowers, but they could be the start of budding. What do you think? I got these as six inch clones one month ago today and transplanted about three weeks ago. They seem to be enjoying the outdoors. Should I switch nutes yet, or give it a couple more weeks?

Pre-flowers.
You can change the nutes allready if you want.
Won't make a big difference cause your plants are monstrous anyways.

Alright, thanks. I'm in so-cal and don't really know when they will start budding.Shouldnt it be any time now?

when the days get shorter and you notice that the days dont last as long then thats when I would say atleast a couple months probably start more around late august but I could be wrong

Well as of June 21, the summer solstice, the days are getting a little shorter each day. Does it usually start that late?
