preflower, it looks male?

Hi all,
this is my 1st time grow from bagseeds. using MG soil/3months ferts., fluo lights, temp @80-81 F during light on & 79 F light off. having a fan blowing, haven't given any nutes 'cause afraid of killing them. these 2 plants are 8 in. tall, from the left is no.1 and the right is no.2

plant no. 2 shows something that I think preflower and look like male. I am going to flower 12/12 in couple days with 400 HPS, waiting for my panda film.

Please help me confirm that no. 2 is a male so I won't bother put it in flower stage.

Hard to tell from the pics but I see something that looks like balls. Wait and take more close up pics.

its hard to tell from those pics, but i can kinda see balls... might be male, get some closer node shots.

actually i heard that, if u look close what do those round ball like thingies look liek though... never seen new growth look like that b4
